Over time, we have understood that natural products have a real advantage in home furnishings... Located in the heart of the Pyrénées-Atlantiques, Label Naturel gradually establishes itself as the reference for bedding, childcare and household linen in natural or ecological fibers.
Let's go back five years
From an idea to a concrete project
An idea, then a project: create an e-commerce site that combines both bedding and natural fibers. Once the idea has come to fruition, it’s time to get down to business: research. And all we had to do was write the word “duvet” in a search engine to realize the countless number of sites offering bedding. So we click and find out. Hundreds of visits to different sites to discover the players and the products. As we go along, a first observation naturally appears: a range of different materials and prices are making us lose our minds.
It is therefore difficult for the consumer to navigate and make the right choice. But we don’t stop there! We click again and we rediscover. New sites and new brands appear. Whether duvets, pillows or bed linen: the components used remain the same. A second observation stands out: most duvets on the market are made from artificial fibers.
Our values above all
By discovering the number of sites and the manufacturing of certain products, the desire to create our own e-commerce site grows day by day. A site that resembles us, which makes sense in relation to the values we wish to convey. Nature has always had an important place in our lives and we have always believed that it can offer each of us the healthiest thing. Far from being discouraged, we continue our research to find manufacturers specializing in the manufacture of natural fiber bedding. In order to select the best to satisfy our customers, we list several criteria.
- The products sold on our site must be natural.
- Design and manufacturing must be done with respect for everyone, with a social and ethical approach.
- We favor French manufactures but without making “made in France” a dogma and even less a pretext.
Start the machine
Our initial idea is coming to fruition: creating an e-commerce site with only natural products. We are therefore entering the market as a reseller of the most beautiful natural brands carefully chosen for our future customers. It is here that the adventure Label Naturel begins! The products are online, the machine is launched. The hours, days and months pass by. The number of orders is increasing. We are therefore not alone in having confidence in nature and natural fibers.
From reseller to creator
A new idea, a new project
Why not us? That’s a good question! To answer it, we set out. And three years later we decided to create our own first collection Label Naturel. This marks an important step: we become creator. Creating your own collection means having control over the product you want to make and that you have imagined. This involves design, the choice of components, raw materials, and the establishment of specifications. But also by the choice of suppliers and manufacturing and design processes. All these steps, each as important as the next, allow us to create products consistent with our values.
Always the same principles and values
In order tobe completely transparent with you, we have written exclusive guides for all our products and specify when one of them is labeled. Choice of sizes and materials, comfort, maintenance, advantages but also disadvantages. Nothing is left to chance so that you can make the right choices. But that's not all. Ethics holds an important place in Label Naturel. We sell quality products manufactured with care. In addition, we favor local players and ecologically and socially responsible companies.
Five years later...
Our initial idea of only selling natural products has not changed... and Label Naturel grew up a lot! From reseller to designer, today we have created three collections... Our collections Label Naturel, Imperial, Finland and Islande, are made entirely from natural fibers: silk, goose down and duck down. They fit perfectly into our policy and have won over our most loyal customers...
And then, Zzzen Organic has arrived. The desire to create does not fade, but grows over time. So we created an organic-fair trade brand. Bed linen, duvet and pillow, all our products are divided into two collections: Nuage, in organic cotton and Edelweiss in ORGANIC Merino wool.
Beyond creating our own collections and our own brands, we have still chosen to keep brands that are close to our hearts. These brands with whom it all began and which convey the same values as us.
