BED LINEN
It is often difficult to choose the right size for your bed linen, even if you know the size for your bed. This little summary will help you choose the right size.
• The cover duvet must precisely match the dimensions of your duvet which you will likely find on its composition label. If this is not the case, simply measure it using a tape measure.
• The Fitted Sheet and the mattress protector must correspond exactly to the dimensions of your bed. For example, for a 160 x 200 cm bed, simply opt for a Fitted Sheet measuring 160 x 200! As for the height of the "cups" of your Fitted Sheet (part of Fitted Sheet which protects the sides of the mattress), it must be at least 5 cm higher than the height of your mattress so that the Fitted Sheet comfortably envelops the latter.
• The Flat sheet must be both wider and longer than the bed for which you intend it in order to be able to tuck it under the mattress. As mattresses are getting higher and higher, we have decided to only offer 270 cm wide sheets for double beds, with 240 cm wide sheets often proving insufficiently loose to fit comfortably.
• The duvet cover and the bed throw must skirt on either side of the bed. To choose the right size, simply refer to the size correspondence shown in the table below.
| Bed size | Duvet cover | Flat sheet | Fitted Sheet | Bed throw | Pillowcase |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Single bed (90x190 cm) | 140x200cm | 180x290 cm | 90x190cm | 180x250 cm | 65x65 cm or 50x70 cm |
| Double bed (120x190 cm) | 200x200cm | 180x290 cm | 120x190cm | 180x250 cm | 65x65 cm or 50x70 cm |
| Standard double bed (140x190 cm) | 200x200 or 240x220 cm | 270x300 cm | 140x190cm | 230x250 cm | 65x65 cm or 50x70 cm |
| Queen bed (160x200 cm) | 240x220 or 260x240 cm | 270x300 cm | 160x200cm | 260x240 cm | 65x65 cm or 50x70 cm |

| Super King bed (200x200 cm) | 280x240 cm | 270x300 cm | 200x200cm | 280x260 cm | 65x65 cm or 50x70 cm |
DUvets
A - Choose the right size
If it is commonly accepted that you need to allow approximately 50 centimeters on either side of the bed tray to be able to curl up comfortably under your duvet and not be discovered during the night, the choice of size will in fact be dictated by the height of the bed and by the aesthetic result that you wish to obtain, depending on whether you want a loose and "skirted" duvet or rather a "fitted" duvet, so as not to hide, for example, a pretty bed frame.| Bed size | Light falling | Loose fit |
|---|---|---|
| Single bed (90x190 cm) | 140x200cm | 200x200cm |
| Double bed (120x190 cm) | 200x200cm | 200x200cm |
| Standard double bed (140x190 cm) | 200x200cm | 240x220 cm |
| Queen bed (160x200 cm) | 240x220 cm | 260x240 cm |
| King bed (180x200 cm) | 260x240 cm | 280x240 cm |
| Super King bed (200x200 cm) | 280x240 cm | 300x260 cm |

B - Choose the right covering power
Choosing a good Blanket is essential for nights at a good temperature.-
The sleeper's reluctance: Each individual is unique and reacts differently to ambient temperature.
In the event that the Blanket is intended for two people, we advise you to choose one Blanket in wool which is suitable for the less chilly of the two sleepers then add a blanket or quilt at the end of the bed which can be used by the more chilly sleeper.
Also keep in mind that two bodies in a bed release more heat inside it. Avoid choosing a Blanket very hot when you sleep together, you risk being too hot and this will affect the quality of your sleep.
-
Thermal comfort: it is determined by the importance of the grammage, in other words the weight ratio per cm/² of your Blanket. This should allow your body heat to be maintained at the same level throughout the night, without sweating or feeling clammy. Optimal comfort takes into account both weight and of course the temperature maintained in the room.
Some people prefer to sleep in a cool room maintained at 15 or 16° C, others in a room heated to 21° C, still others in a temperate room maintained at 19° C (recommended temperature in a room).
Today apartments and houses are adequately heated and properly insulated; it is therefore not necessary in this case to choose a Blanket very hot. On the other hand, for rooms with little or no heating at all, we advise you to choose a Blanket hot or even very hot.
- Physiological comfort: This is the capacity of your Blanket to evacuate the humidity produced during the night by your body. In fact, to avoid excess perspiration your skin needs to breathe. All our blankets have 100% natural fibers and offer excellent physiological comfort simply because of the absence of any synthetic material in their composition.

PILLOWS
A - Choose the filling
True to our philosophy, we only offer natural pillows because they are:- more respectful of nature,
- softer,
- more comfortable,
- healthier,
- less allergenic.
Cotton or kapok pillows
- Cheap : cotton and kapok are very absorbent and inexpensive materials. Cotton or kapok pillows therefore have excellent value for money in the “natural pillows” category.
- Ergonomic : cotton and kapok having significant resilience (ability for a material to return to its initial shape after being crushed), cotton or kapok pillows often offer firm comfort without any muscular tension in the cervical area.
- Modular : clever, these pillows also have an inner cover with a zipper which allows you to remove or add the filling at will in order to obtain the desired support.
-
Healthy : naturally antibacterial and antiperspirant, cotton and kapok are not very popular with mites and provide an unfavorable environment for their infestation.
Wool pillows
- Cozy : wool is a very absorbent and very warm material. Wool pillows are therefore cozy and pleasant.
- Ergonomic : wool also has significant resilience (the ability of a material to return to its initial shape after being crushed), wool pillows often offer firm comfort without any muscular tension in the cervical area.
-
Modular : equipped with an inner envelope with a zipper, it is easy to remove or add filling as desired in order to obtain the desired support.
Down pillows
There are many types of feathers and down whose properties vary greatly. The more refined and high-quality the down filling, the more optimal the thermal comfort.- Bulking : the down used in the manufacture of our pillows and bolsters is new, very fluffy and naturally ventilated.
- Healthy : down being very airy, it offers natural anti-mite protection. Also, we have chosen not to add an acaricide product. Finally, the anti-mite treatment with which some manufacturers imbue their products is justified by the use of renovated and second-hand down and also proves to be ephemeral after a few cleanings. A specific anti-mite treatment is therefore unnecessary as long as airing your pillow and changing your pillowcase are sufficient.
-
Fluffy and soft : Often very plump, down pillows offer truly soft support, perfectly suited to people with neck pain.
Silk pillows
- Cheap : contrary to popular belief, silk pillows, including high quality ones, are now accessible and offered on our site at finally reasonable prices. There are again many qualities of silk but also types of manufacturing which influence prices as well as thermal properties.
- Dishes and farms : relatively low in swelling, silk pillows offer a flat profile with firm comfort which may surprise at first glance but which very quickly convinces in use and also perfectly meets the expectations of sleepers wishing to maintain good spinal alignment during the night.
-
Healthy : silk is naturally anti-mite and anti-bacterial. It is very probably the least favorable natural material for infestation by mites. We therefore chose not to add an acaricide product. Finally, the anti-mite treatment with which some manufacturers imbue their products is justified by the use of silk flakes (waste from the silk industry, recycled). Obviously, we do not offer any products made from silk flakes on our site.
B - Choose the size
Offered in square or rectangular format (American format), our pillows are available in several sizes to meet all needs and constraints. If you use your pillow with a bolster, we advise you to opt for a square pillow. Conversely, if you plan to stack several pillows, the ideal is to opt for a square pillow accompanied by a rectangular pillow.
Our pillows are also available in child and baby sizes adapted to the body shape of the youngest and the specific dimensions of special childcare bedding.
C - Choose comfort
Our pillows are classified on the site into 4 comfort levels: soft (soft), medium-firm, firm and adjustable, each comfort level corresponding more or less to a type of sleeping position.Soft pillows
Do you find sleeping on your stomach? Favor pillows soft.Indeed, in this position, the pillow must be as low as possible so that the head remains in the natural extension of the spine.
Medium-firm pillows
Do you find sleeping on your back? The pillows medium-firm are made for you because they provide perfect support for your head and neck without being too bulky and creating an arch in the cervical area.Firm pillows
Do you find yourself sleeping on your side? In this case, the pillows farms are recommended because when sleeping on your side, it is necessary to fill the gap between the head and the mattress to respect the natural alignment of the cervical spine.D - Choose the envelope
Here too, we advise you to choose a natural envelope and to avoid mixtures of fibers which are only natural in the image we want to give them. The material
Cotton envelopes are the most common. They are healthy and inexpensive. Once again, the synthetic fibers sold with great marketing and whose brand name is registered are generally very far from being real natural materials. Besides, why invent new materials when nature already produces the best? The fabric
There are different fabrics: The most common weaves are percale, satin, cambric and flannel which are plain fabrics and jacquards which are patterned fabrics whose weave is made up of threads of the same color or different colors, which form a design.E - Check certifications
Issued by independent organizations, the certifications of our pillows guarantee the quality of your pillow, its natural composition, the absence of toxic substances or even the origin of the raw materials from which they are made.F - Performance of our pillows by type of filling
Compare the performance of each pillow type at a glance. The higher the star rating, the better the performance (on a 5-star scale).

BATHROOMS
A- Choose the right size
A bathrobe must above all be comfortable and even loose. Far from being close to the body, you must be comfortable there. Do not hesitate to opt for a size a little larger than the one you would choose for a jacket or coat. If you do not know your size, here is how to proceed: using a fabric seamstress's meter, measure your chest measurement at the widest point, taking care to keep the meter perfectly horizontal and without tightening. Then choose the size corresponding to your chest measurement in our table. Our advice : if you are unsure between two sizes, always take the larger one.

Choosing the right size
The Pyrenees wool dressing gown that you are going to buy must above all be comfortable. Far from being close to the body, you must be comfortable there. So don't hesitate to opt for a size that's a little looser than what you would choose for a jacket or coat.Gentlemen have the choice between a jacket measuring 85 cm or one dressing gown 130 cm long.
The length is measured at the back from the base of the collar (at the seam) to the bottom of the dressing gown.
- Our advice : if you are unsure between two sizes, always take the larger one!

B - Presentation tips
In general, for your guests to be comfortably seated at the table, it is advisable to provide a minimum width of 60 cm for each of them at the table so that no one has discomfort at the elbows. It will be used directly on the top so that it remains visible if it is beautiful or superimposed on a coordinated tablecloth. There are no special rules here. The result simply has to “please the eye”. That is to say, yours!
