Data protection policy for job applicants
This personal data protection policy aims to inform candidates on how Label Naturel processes their data. Its objective is to communicate the information required by Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR.

As data controller, Label Naturel determines the purposes and means of processing the personal data collected.
Collection of personal data
Personal data may be collected:
- Directly via forms or submissions of applications: for example when submitting a CV, cover letter or other required documents.
- Indirectly via recruitment platforms: if you apply via recruitment sites or professional social networks (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

Recipients of personal data
- Within Label Naturel : the data is processed by authorized personnel.
- Out Label Naturel : certain third parties may have access to the data (recruitment providers, verification providers, IT providers). Everyone undertakes contractually to ensure a level of protection in accordance with the regulations.
Transfer outside the EU
To date, Label Naturel does not carry out any data transfer outside the European Union. In the event of future necessity, any transfer will be governed by the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission or carried out to a country recognized as suitable.
Your rights over your data
