Made for us with great care by a wool factory established in the Rhône since 1850, our Blanket summer in Woolmark wool 350g/m² Diane is intended for people sensitive to heat, for mild seasons (spring/summer) and for heated rooms.
Lightweight, breathable and durable, our Blanket in virgin wool is soft and fluffy to wrap you in tenderness all night long.

Virgin wool is wool that is not mixed with other fibers and has not been recycled. It is pure wool taken from the living animal. Our Woolmark® certification guarantees the quality of our wool.
Our virgin wool blankets combine comfort, durability and respect for the environment, while offering an incomparable sleeping experience thanks to the natural properties of wool. Thus, our blankets are soft, fluffy, hypoallergenic, thermoregulating and absorb humidity for always comfortable sleeping.
The Woolmark® label
The certificate Woolmark® is used to identify goods that contain virgin wool from the shearing of healthy, living animals, as opposed to wool recovered from the fleeces of slaughtered animals and recycled wool. Woolmark® wool comes from Australia or New Zealand. Since 1850, Ourson has selected breeds of sheep, "Romney" style for their fleeces offering the advantage of giving thickness to the product for greater warmth while retaining the natural properties of wool.

This artisanal product is knitted and made in Amplepuis in the Rhône (69) by a wool factory founded in 1850. The fruit of an ancestral tradition, it will give you a unique feeling of softness and comfort.

Despite two washes the Blanket still smells very strongly of goat or goat. Impossible to sleep with it!!!

Blanket warm and comfortable. The smell of wool fades quickly and I prefer it to that of blankets from the petrochemical industry.
On the other hand, it is a shame that the braid bordering the Blanket is not hemmed. It frays into long threads that sometimes have to be cut and I'm not sure it will hold up over time.
This is disappointing considering the price.
