Optimal density for firm comfort

Slight smell but nothing very unpleasant.
On the other hand, the cardboard of the package was completely crushed and torn (we could see the pillows from the outside); I checked the good condition of the pillows before accepting the package. Unacceptable in terms of delivery, even if the story ended well!
Dear Gaëtane, first of all, thank you for your feedback. Despite all the care we take in preparing our packages, they are sometimes severely damaged during transport. Dear Gérard, the origin of our products, which we have no reason to make a secret of (quite the contrary), is clearly mentioned on all our product sheets without any exception. Thus, our Imperial collection in wild silk is produced in China, by one of the oldest silk factories and in the same place where the raw material is sourced.
